Orders & Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Maestro, American Express, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, after placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. You will also receive an update once your order has been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery normally takes 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in the following cases: – The item does not fit or the customer wishes to try a different size – The customer changes their mind about the purchase – The customer orders multiple sizes and returns the ones that do not fit We will cover the return cost if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

How do refunds work?
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Products & Sizing

How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose the right fit. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend ordering the larger one for comfort.

What if I order multiple sizes?
You may order multiple sizes if unsure. Please note that return shipping costs for items that don’t fit will be your responsibility.
